Responsibilities
- Manages strategic relationships with key accounts including installers, contractors, specifiers, project partners, and end users.
- Delivers sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives within the territory.
- Builds and nurtures relationships to influence product selection and secure specifications.
- Coordinates across teams to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
- Defines account strategy to drive profitable growth and manages execution.
- Collaborates with offer management and marketing teams to tailor offerings and improve solutions.
- Monitors performance, forecasts, and prepares reports for decision-making.
- Leads negotiations and contracts to maximize profitability.
- Manages technical and commercial projects, including pricing, configurations, and documentation.
- Leads tender processes for strategic projects and participates in learning programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related Engineering field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales or lighting/project ecosystem.
- Relevant sales or project management certifications.
- Experience in key account management or sales within lighting or related projects.
- Strong technical sales and project management skills.
