Key Account Executive

The Key Account Executive (GT) at Unilever is responsible for driving sales and distribution in the specified territory, managing customer relationships, and improving market position through strategic activities and team management.
Location: Jalandhar
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and distribution for the company products in the assigned territory.
- Manage the allocated territory and customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets through market visits and understanding the RS system.
- Analyze and improve the company's competitive position in the market.
- Negotiate with RS and develop people management skills to increase business.
- Monitor competitive activities and provide feedback for strategic actions.
- Systematically monitor the performance of RS and their sales teams and take corrective actions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in General Trade, Channel Sales, ROI calculations, and distributor handling.
- Minimum full-time graduation.
- Experience in Channel Sales for at least 3 years.
- Excellent in ROI calculations and RS distribution management.
- Well-versed with RS appointment and sales planning.
- Experience in conducting promotional activities and execution.
- Decent communication skills in English and local language.
