Internal Fullstack Senior Engineer (Senior Associate) - Remote, AI Capability Ce

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 USD (base), $134,400–$171,100 USD (total with incentive)

Responsibilities

• Operate in sprints: lead planning, define clear Definition of Ready and Done, work with business and product owners, run demos for review, perform handoff to production.
• Design and build full-stack applications that power AI and analytics solutions.
• Develop and deploy reusable tools and frameworks for solution delivery.
• Create intuitive front-end interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask), integrating with data and external systems.
• Implement secure authentication, data management, and system integration across cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
• Ensure seamless front-end to back-end integration and deliver complete, production-ready features.
• Apply DevOps and CI/CD practices for deployment, monitoring, and maintainability.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows, clarify requirements, and translate business needs into solutions.
• Operate with ownership and independence, driving solutions from concept to implementation.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Hands-on with agentic engineering tools and IDEs (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar).
• Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery, including sprint planning.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with Python for backend development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and secure development practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience translating business workflows into technical solutions is a plus.
