Senior ICT Engineer (OSP) — Outside Plant & Connectivity

Location: Remote

Salary: $137,040—$171,300 USD

Responsibilities

• Lead OSP due diligence, site assessment, provider qualification, and risk identification.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil disciplines for connectivity pathways.
• Own fiber distribution design, iterate based on deployment factors.
• Decide conduit sizing, oversee pre-cabled trunk sizing.
• Coordinate cable tray loading, bonding, and grounding with electrical engineers.
• Oversee pre-construction submittals for compliance.
• Support technical sales motions for large capacity deployments.

Requirements

• BICSI RCDD certification, ANSI, and BICSI credentials.
• Experience leading complex OSP fiber projects from groundbreaking to acceptance.
• NEC fluency; TGB and TBB familiarity.
• TIA-942, TIA-568, ISO/IEC 11801 knowledge.
