Intermediate .NET Developer

The Senior Patient Experience Professional supports the design, execution, and continuous improvement of patient experience strategies across the primary care organization, using data and feedback to develop recommendations and lead improvements.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $71,100 - $97,800 per year

• Support the design, execution, and improvement of patient experience strategies.
• Identify opportunities and develop recommendations based on patient feedback, data, and insights.
• Lead measurable improvements for patients, clinicians, and the business.
• Collaborate across teams to identify challenges and translate data into insights.
• Support experience improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, analytics, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, strategy, operations, analytics, quality improvement, customer/patient experience, or related discipline.
• Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations and insights.
• Experience collaborating with teams and influencing without authority.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours.
