Responsibilities
- Proactively pursue sales opportunities within the assigned territory through structured account planning.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Work with product sales to optimize sales of upfront contracts and coordinate account approaches.
- Participate in sales, product, and systems training, marketing campaigns, and special projects.
- Analyze data sources to develop sales opportunities with the greatest ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers.
- Accurately forecast future business and plan activities accordingly.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and update customer/prospect records.
Requirements
- Minimum BSc or Master within Life Sciences or other areas.
- Experience in a sales role is beneficial but not essential.
- Must be based in Italy for this remote position.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Strong tele sales and communications skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to operate independently and with good business judgment.
- Good Microsoft Office Skills.
- SAP and Salesforce skills are beneficial.
