Human Resources Coordinator United States

The Human Resources Coordinator at Slipstream provides administrative support to the HR department, assisting with employee records, onboarding, payroll, and daily employee support within a company that specializes in IT solutions for emerging pharma and biotech organizations.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $45,000–$50,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Assist with all internal and external Human Resources related inquiries or requests.
• Processes new hire onboarding and employee through HRIS.
• Hold new hire orientation for all W2 new hires.
• Maintain digital copies of employee records in compliance with federal regulations.
• Perform I9/E-Verify & background checks for all W2 new hires.
• Assist with performance management procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or 3-5 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and highly computer literate with capability in Outlook, MS Office and related business and communications tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality.
