Growth Marketing Manager

The role is focused on growth as a systems problem, involving identifying merchant operational pain points and designing creative, testable solutions to reach and convert them. It operates at the intersection of product, data, and marketing with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Own high-impact pilot growth projects to acquire, activate, and retain Shopify merchants.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear value for both technical and non-technical Shopify merchants.
  • Analyze data to identify what drives installs, activation, churn, and revenue, and prioritize accordingly.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth engine end-to-end across SEO, YouTube, Shopify App Store optimization, partnerships, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, paid acquisition, and strategy.
  • Repurpose ideas effectively across channels, turning a single insight or asset into multiple formats and distribution opportunities.
  • Build lightweight scrappy systems to test ideas quickly, measure results, and iterate with speed.

Requirements

  • Evidence of ownership and impact, such as increasing qualified installs and product adoption.
  • High degree of independence and initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and resourcefulness.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Product intuition and understanding of SaaS value creation.
  • Highly analytical with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to use AI and automation tools effectively.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools.
  • Technical curiosity about APIs and product workflows.
  • Creativity in distribution and content repurposing.
  • Strong research instincts and content creation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex ideas simply.
