CRM & Retention Manager

They are seeking a Lifecycle & CRM Growth Manager to enhance student retention and growth through strategic CRM initiatives.

Location: Portugal

Responsibilities

• Design and launch onboarding communication flows to reduce early churn and build learning habits
• Build trigger-based sequences to support student motivation, including reactivation campaigns and early warning interventions
• Reduce refund rates through timely, relevant communication
• Segment the database by behavior and lifecycle status to deliver targeted messages
• Drive student engagement through CRM channels such as email, WhatsApp, and SMS
• Build the referral channel as a scalable system for acquiring new students
• Design end-to-end referral flows from trigger to conversion
• Test mechanics, offers, and timing; turn data into scalable solutions

Requirements

• Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
• Proven experience in CRM / lifecycle / email marketing
• Ability to think strategically
• High attention to detail and operational discipline
• Strong writing skills with adaptable tone
• Experience with Customer.io is a plus
