They are seeking a Lifecycle & CRM Growth Manager to enhance student retention and growth through strategic CRM initiatives.
Location: Portugal
Responsibilities
- Design and launch onboarding communication flows to reduce early churn and build learning habits
- Build trigger-based sequences to support student motivation, including reactivation campaigns and early warning interventions
- Reduce refund rates through timely, relevant communication
- Segment the database by behavior and lifecycle status to deliver targeted messages
- Drive student engagement through CRM channels such as email, WhatsApp, and SMS
- Build the referral channel as a scalable system for acquiring new students
- Design end-to-end referral flows from trigger to conversion
- Test mechanics, offers, and timing; turn data into scalable solutions
Requirements
- Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
- Proven experience in CRM / lifecycle / email marketing
- Ability to think strategically
- High attention to detail and operational discipline
- Strong writing skills with adaptable tone
- Experience with Customer.io is a plus
