The Senior Marketing Manager at Grip is a strategic, data-driven role responsible for building, automating, and scaling marketing campaigns to support the company's revenue growth. The role involves managing the full marketing tech stack, executing full-funnel campaigns, and leveraging AI technologies to generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities
- Build and execute marketing campaigns, nurture flows, and lead routing rules.
- Distribute high-value content across channels to generate leads.
- Support physical event strategy with pre-event bookings, lead retrieval, and post-event follow-up.
- Maintain marketing database health, ensure GDPR compliance, and connect tech stack for seamless data flow.
- Manage webinar technical setup, promotion, and delivery.
- Own website CMS, perform SEO audits, and optimize for lead capture.
- Manage paid media budgets and optimize campaigns for ROAS and CAC.
- Build lead scoring models, drive attribution reporting, and manage data enrichment tools.
- Manage outbound automation workflows and build intent-driven campaigns around Target Account Lists.
- Create automated alerts for sales on buying signals.
- Design and run A/B tests to maximize conversion rates and analyze web analytics to identify friction points.
- Leverage AI tools like Zapier, Apollo, and Claude for automation and scaling outreach.
- Build scalable, template-driven website pages for high-value keywords.
- Deliver operational reporting, KPIs, and full-funnel analysis to leadership.
- Partner with Sales for cross-functional alignment and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, and Salesforce (bonus).
- Highly analytical mindset with understanding of full-funnel reporting, attribution, and lead scoring.
- Experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing for CAC/ROAS.
- Comfortable using tools like Zapier for automation.
- Strong foundation in SEO, CRO, and website CMS management.
- Forward-thinking approach to leveraging AI tools like Claude.
- Excellent communication skills to translate data into insights.
