Account Supervisor

The Account Supervisor manages digital marketing campaigns for clients, working closely with internal teams and clients to develop strategies, oversee project execution, and ensure client satisfaction. The role requires experience in digital marketing, project management, and client relations, with a focus on healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

Salary: $76k-$110k

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, manage, and analyze digital marketing campaigns for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments including project management, creative, analytics, social media, design, and development.
• Lead client strategic and tactical digital marketing efforts.
• Create client presentations, campaign results, POVs, and research findings.
• Develop detailed campaign and project plans and serve as project owner.
• Manage status updates, financial forecasting, and tracking of budgets, goals, and objectives.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 to 6 years of related industry experience in client service, digital advertising agency, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with managing projects, timelines, costs, and deadlines.
• Strong marketing and advertising expertise, especially in digital strategy, media, and technology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience.
• Experience with technical projects involving data feeds, CRM campaigns, portals, and digital sales aids.
• Ability to approve copy, scope, and deliverables.
• Strong client relations and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Analytical skills and understanding of web development technologies.
• Leadership skills to supervise and develop team members.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and accounts.
• Problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically.
