• Assist French-speaking customers with vehicle rental inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on available vehicle categories, rental rates, insurance options, and travel-related policies.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French language skills (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport
• Good working knowledge of English
• Previous experience in customer service, travel industry support, or a rent-a-car / vehicle rental environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
