Freelance Behavioral Coach: Habit Change

Fabulous is seeking freelance Coaches to provide coaching services to members of their app, focusing on habit formation, personal growth, and well-being. Coaches will undergo training, adhere to ethical guidelines, and support members through ongoing coaching relationships.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Hold 10 (30 minutes) coaching sessions per week.
• Log member progress and insights after each session.
• Notate recommendations for future sessions.
• Participate in in-app community guidance via Circles.
• Complete the Fabulous Training Curriculum.
• Maintain communication with the Coaching Lead.
• Adhere to and contribute to ethical, business, and coaching guidelines.
• Show up with an open, non-prejudiced attitude to help members within the scope of app material.

Requirements

• Hold a certification of a coaching and/or facilitation course of a minimum 100 hours.
• Have completed at least 100 hours of coaching practice with clients outside of training.
• Testimonials from clients and/or a recommendation from a mentor.
• Knowledge of behavioral science principles and habit reconceptualization.
• Knowledge of the science of compassion and ability to explain its benefits.
