Franchise Business Consultant - Arby's

Business Consultants at Inspire Brands are responsible for managing a portfolio of franchisees, focusing on driving sales, profits, and network growth through coaching, data analysis, and operational support.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Achieve the operations and business performance goals for their portfolio of Franchisees.
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees.
• Track and review data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions.
• Support Franchisees in remodeling and building new restaurants.
• Facilitate communication between Franchisee and cross-functional partners.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and support local marketing plans.
• Perform evaluations on restaurants.
• Coordinate training support with the Field Training Team.
• Manage G&A expenses within set parameters.
• Complete administrative functions timely.

Requirements

• High School or GED (minimum)
• 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• 5 years in supervisory management or multi-unit operations
• Prior leadership experience
