They are seeking a Fleet Key Account Manager to manage business relations with fleet partners in Europe, fully remote.
Location: Remote (Europe)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet partners.
- Act as the main contact for account-related matters.
- Create and implement strategic account plans.
- Identify opportunities for account growth.
- Shortlist and acquire new fleet partners.
- Negotiate deals and establish partnerships.
- Onboard and train new fleets.
- Utilize data to track KPIs and improve services.
- Prepare performance reports.
- Stay informed on industry trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification.
- Problem-solving skills, independent and creative.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Fluent in English (C1), Greek/Spanish/Italian is a plus.
