Responsibilities

• Perform banking operations at the teller window, including deposits, check payments, and other customer requests, ensuring quality service and compliance with bank regulations.
• Promote financial products and services during campaigns, providing basic information to attract prospects and meet team goals.
• Maintain the proper functioning of work tools and equipment, reporting issues to ensure efficient service.
• Conduct cash reconciliations to verify cash and document balances against system records, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
• Handle detection of suspicious or relevant operations and internal concerns according to policies.
• Follow security measures to protect the bank's assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (highly desirable).
