ESS, part of Compass Group Australia, partners with organizations in remote and offshore environments to deliver essential services supporting workforce wellbeing and operational continuity, primarily in Western Australia's mining and resource sectors.

Location: Western Australia

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction across all site operations, including catering, accommodation, cleaning, and facilities.
• Deliver commercial outcomes, including budget management, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships and act as the key point of contact on site.
• Lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams, driving engagement, capability, and retention.
• Ensure full compliance with contractual, safety (HSEQ), and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee workforce planning, rostering, and operational efficiencies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with service excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in managing complex, multi-service environments.
• Strong operational leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and build stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of safety (HSEQ) and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in workforce planning and operational efficiencies.
