Director, Sales

A senior sales leadership role responsible for developing and implementing sales growth programs, leading training, and aligning sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Location: United States

Salary: $141,755–$202,886/yr

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales and market share goals by creating and implementing strategic sales plans.
• Drives field marketing programs and sets goals for sales personnel.
• Responsible for the development and execution of National Sales Meetings.
• Leads creation, maintenance, and communication of commissions programs.
• Supports marketing communication activities and trade shows.
• Drives focus on P&L metrics.
• Assists Business Development Group with new projects.
• Participates in special projects and other duties.
• Develops and maintains DSO strategy.
• Develops and manages territory alignment.
• Improves cross team communication and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 15 years experience in sales management, with P&L experience.
• National sales leadership, organizational and administrative skills.
• Dental industry experience required, Lab experience a plus.
• College degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Proficient in CRM system benefits.
• Proficient in pipeline management and forecasting.
• Proficient in budget analysis and management.
