Salary: $275,000–$325,000 OTE (60/40 base/commission split)
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach and scale a team of Account Executives.
- Assist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by understanding customer needs and mapping them to Sparrow's value.
- Monitor sales performance: activity, pipelines, forecasts, and closed-deals.
- Report on team and individual results.
- Identify and recommend process, efficiency, and productivity improvements.
- Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy to generate growth and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with other organizational functions to ensure success.
- Manage the sales process and set metrics for sales funnel management.
- Plan and manage at strategic and operational levels.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree.
- 5+ years in software and/or applications sales.
- 2-5 years of sales leadership experience.
- Ability to forecast team performance accurately.
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Experience selling deals in the mid-market space.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and navigate organizational challenges.
- Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams.
- Experience selling to HR leadership and executives (preferred).
