Responsibilities
- Answer customer queries over chat and inbound calls promptly.
- Engage with new leads and help increase website conversion.
- Understand customer queries and properly answer them.
- Understand customer issues and involve a process specialist or escalate as required.
- Ensure that the customers have a great experience with us.
