The role is for a Supply Chain Specialist at dbrand, responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with retail partners and 3PL providers, analyzing sales data, and ensuring supply chain efficiency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Salary: $70,000–$85,000/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the connection between dbrand, retail partners, and 3PL network to ensure proper inventory placement and timing.
- Monitor retail programs, projects, and initiatives, providing regular updates.
- Review forecasts and deliver insights to optimize demand.
- Ensure supply chain readiness for promotions, product launches, and distribution changes.
- Develop relationships with buyers, category managers, and retail teams.
- Oversee supply chain activities impacting order flows, including factory schedules and inventory planning.
- Partner with retail on store-level inventory, promotional builds, and seasonal planning.
- Analyze POS data, sell-through rates, and weeks of supply for order adjustments.
- Identify trends and address service gaps or excess inventory proactively.
- Act as the primary contact for 3PL on inventory management, fulfillment, and shipment scheduling.
- Track KPIs like On-Time Shipping, Order Accuracy, and Inventory Accuracy.
- Resolve fulfillment issues and discrepancies in collaboration with 3PL teams.
- Build dashboards for inventory health, fill rates, and scorecards.
- Conduct root-cause analyses on disruptions and variances, recommending corrective actions.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership and partners.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three years’ experience in supply chain, account management, or logistics analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
- Flawless English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, organized, proactive.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Problem-solving skills or ability to find answers.
- Commitment to growth and learning.
- Knowledge of current smartphone and mobile technology trends.
