They are seeking a CRM Manager / GTM Systems Manager to oversee CRM systems and sales processes.

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the operational management of the CRM system (HubSpot) and interface systems.
- Planning, implementation, and optimization of automated marketing and sales processes.
- Reporting, KPIs.
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive CRM strategy in coordination with marketing, sales, and IT.
- Building and maintaining automated campaign workflows (Lifecycle, Retention, Reactivation, etc.).
- Supporting the introduction and optimization of sales tools and systems (e.g., CRM, quotation, and forecasting systems).
- Close collaboration with sales leadership on sales planning, goal setting, and capacity planning.
- Ensuring data consistency and integrity in CRM and ERP systems.
- Managing and implementing projects to increase efficiency and digitalization in sales.
Requirements
- Completed degree in economics, business administration, or sales management.
- Several years of professional experience in CRM management, ideally with HubSpot.
- Experience with reporting tools and data visualization.
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills; experience with BI tools is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM structures, marketing automation, and customer journeys.
- Motivated and creative team player.
