Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to gamers via chat and ticketing systems.

Additional Information
- Project hours are all times Pacific, with a required shift of 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM PT.
- Orientation begins ASAP.
- Must have a dedicated Windows 11 or later desktop/laptop, 16 GB RAM, dual monitors, high-speed internet, noise-canceling headset.
- Willingness to install security software and enable 2FA.
