The role is for a Country Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top English-speaking professionals in their assigned country. The candidate will serve as the local recruiting representative, leveraging their network, sourcing expertise, and marketing skills to build talent pipelines and deliver qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and recruit qualified English-speaking candidates for a variety of roles.
- Build and maintain a strong local talent pipeline through networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and professional communities.
- Develop relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, industry groups, and other talent sources.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates and detailed candidate summaries to the hiring team.
- Promote the company's employer brand and opportunities within the local market.
- Utilize job boards, online platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity reports.
- Stay informed about local labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
- Consistently meet recruiting goals, candidate quality standards, and hiring timelines.
- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and teammates.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, headhunting, or a related field.
- Proven ability to source and recruit candidates through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Experience conducting candidate interviews and assessments.
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and talent sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency with job boards, social media recruiting, and applicant tracking systems.
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate candidate quality.
- Experience recruiting remote or international talent.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).
- Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach.
- Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.
