Responsibilities
- Deliver revenue growth and establish sustainable revenue streams.
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging direct engagements, channel partnerships, and customer renewals.
- Develop regional growth strategies focusing on market penetration, customer acquisition, and scalability.
- Represent Canary Technologies as a thought leader at conferences and events to increase regional awareness.
- Partner with global teams across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align regional goals.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to support regional growth.
- Identify and engage target accounts through various channels.
- Develop and refine an outbound sales process.
- Leverage Salesforce and other tools for lead management, sales forecasting, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- 8+ years in a closing sales role with proven success in hitting or exceeding targets.
- Experience selling hospitality software or solutions in B2B SaaS.
- Experience launching new markets or building business operations from scratch.
- Strong leadership skills to build and guide teams.
- Highly motivated and autonomous in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of local business culture with strong communication skills.
