The Contract Legal TA Coordinator is a fully remote, contract-to-hire position supporting a national legal recruiting team, focusing on lawyer hiring across all levels.
Location: Remote (requires commuting distance to an office location)
Responsibilities
- Assists and coordinates all activities related to the full life cycle of a lateral candidate, including creating job requisitions and postings, maintaining candidate files, coordinating interview schedules, compiling candidate feedback, and preparing standard offer letters.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Legal recruiting or similar environment
- Hands-on experience in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Workday
- Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable learning and working in new recruiting/HR software platforms
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
Additional Information
- This is a 2-3 month contract-to-hire position with opportunity to go permanent.
- The role is fully remote but requires commuting distance to one of the office locations.
