Clinical Education Delivery Specialist

The Clinical Education Delivery Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical education and training for Philips products, supporting internal teams and customers to ensure effective and safe use of solutions.

Location: Remote (Germany)

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and onsite) for internal and external audiences
• Provide education on new products, features, and clinical applications
• Collaborate with instructional design teams to develop and improve training content
• Support usability studies and customer training activities
• Analyze feedback and training metrics to continuously improve learning effectiveness
• Act as a subject matter expert in learning delivery and education services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Engineering, or similar
• Initial experience in training delivery, learning services, or clinical education
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in English

• Up to 80% international travel internationally
