Catastrophe Property Adjuster - Remote/Work From Home + Regional Travel (Erie)

Location: Remote (within ERIE footprint)

Salary: $69,318.00 - $110,729.00

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve property claims resulting from catastrophes, natural disasters, and large-scale events.
• Conduct on-site inspections, estimate damages, and prepare detailed reports.
• Provide clear, empathetic communication to policyholders throughout the claims process.
• Partner with claims teams and external resources to deliver fair and timely resolutions.
• Represent ERIE Insurance with professionalism and compassion in the field.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of claims handling experience, including two years of property claims handling.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural damage repair and valuation techniques.
• Proficiency with estimating software (preferably Symbility) or equivalent.
• Live in the territory assigned unless a change is approved by the company.
• Serve on the Catastrophe Team as a first responder, including frequent travel on short notice.
