Caretaker

A field-based Caretaker role in Medway responsible for high standard caretaking works, safety compliance, and customer service in housing properties. The position includes a company van and fuel card, with a focus on maintenance, repairs, and safety checks.

Location: Medway

Salary: £28,737.55 per annum plus company van and fuel card

Responsibilities

• Undertake high standard caretaking works in housing properties.
• Ensure cleaning, repairs, and maintenance are completed according to protocols and time frames.
• Proactively manage PPM safety compliance, including scheduling safety checks, Fire Risk Assessments, and seasonal upkeep.

Requirements

• Experience in Caretaking/Cleaning.
• Good written & verbal communication skills.
• Good Numeracy skills.
• Ability to understand & follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to use a PDA following training.
