Butcher

Qualified Butchers with a minimum of 5 years experience in all aspects of meat preparation, including frozen and fresh meat, and skilled in using related electrical equipment. Knowledge of fresh fish is a plus. Must be neat, hardworking, self-motivated, and maintain high sanitation and safety standards. Customer service skills required.

Location: Bermuda (on-site)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in meat preparation.
• Certification in food safety fundamentals.
• Ability to lift 60+ lb cases of meat.
• Neat appearance, hardworking, self-motivated.
• Courteous, friendly, punctual.
