Traveler Care Specialist Luxury Travel

Zicasso is a luxury travel company specializing in custom tours, vacations, and safaris, seeking a customer service-oriented Traveler Care Specialist to assist discerning travelers and build strong relationships, working remotely in a freelance capacity.

Location: Remote (outside of the US, preferred in Argentina, Costa Rica, Brazil, Colombia)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers via phone, chat, messages, and email.
• Build trusted relationships with luxury clients to enhance their confidence in Zicasso.
• Demonstrate expertise in consultation, product knowledge, and benefits of Zicasso services to ensure inquiry conversion.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams to improve client experience.
• Partner with Care Team leadership on projects and initiatives.
• Leverage data, analytics, and technology to set standards for customer success.
• Guide inquiries towards destination-specific trip requests.
• Coach and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in the travel industry, focusing on luxury tours or hotels.
• Passion for travel and extensive experience traveling abroad.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Adaptable, cheerful, confident communicator.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic, willing to work extra hours.
• Comfortable with technology, proficient in Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Additional Information

• This is a freelance contractor position, fully remote.
• Initial training of 3-4 weeks, Monday to Friday.
