Responsibilities
- Learn the ins and outs of the business and partnership types.
- Research and learn about potential partners that align with the brand.
- Build a pipeline of potential brand partners.
- Build relationships with internal teams and learn CRM systems.
- Develop knowledge of live experiences, media, and ticketing industries.
- Build a robust pipeline of potential partners for digital media & marketplace platforms.
- Write and deliver partner communications.
- Analyze sales, metrics, and KPIs to reach sales targets.
- Master the value proposition and sales pitch process.
- Collaborate and share best practices with teammates.
- Achieve monthly revenue and contract targets.
- Produce new leads and referrals.
- Build relationships with existing partners through upselling, renewals, and creative marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally in live events, experiences, and ticketing.
- Strong organization and negotiation skills.
- Ability to persist and find creative ways to contact decision makers.
- Strong relationship-building skills with high efficiency, integrity, and professionalism.
- Self-starter and highly motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Love for the events scene and knowledge of the best things to do in any city.
- Passion for exploration and the Bucket Listers mission.
Additional Information
- While Bucket Listers is a remote-first company, this position requires residence in New York City.
