Business Controller

Keywords Studios is an international provider of technical and creative services to the global video games industry, offering services such as art production, engineering, audio, testing, localization, and player support across multiple languages and platforms.

Location: Remote (India)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of annual operating budgets.
• Prepare monthly reporting for multiple cost centres and review consolidated group figures.
• Identify, analyse, and document reasons for budget and forecast variances.
• Assist in the monthly refinement of financial forecasts.
• Oversee the monthly recharge process for centrally purchased items.
• Conduct reviews of balance sheet accounts, specifically prepayments and fixed assets, to ensure correct IFRS treatment.
• Partner with IT and Transformation teams on strategic projects to improve financial systems and processes.

Requirements

• ACA Qualified Accountant with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with consolidations.
• Big 4 audit background with global multi-national client audit experience.
• Strong IFRS / Technical knowledge.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Ability to multitask and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with multiple and remote teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and team skills.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
