Accounts Receivable Supervisor

The Supervisor, Accounts Receivable supports the management of the accounts receivable department, overseeing team performance, process improvements, and client relations in a remote setting. The role involves supervising staff, managing claims, and ensuring KPI/SLAs are met.

Location: Remote

Salary: $46,900.00 - $89,850.00/year

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily workflow of the department, monitors trends in denied payments, and reviews high dollar accounts.
• Conducts team huddles, shares trends and solutions, and leads meetings to develop team skills.
• Ensures adherence to budget, prepares reports, and establishes departmental goals.
• Ensures team meets productivity and quality standards, conducts performance reviews, and manages HR functions.
• Reviews time management, approves payroll, and manages work assignments in Workday.
• Analyzes performance data to make decisions and improve operations.
• Works with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue cycle goals.

Requirements

• CRCR certification or other approved relevant certification within 9 months of hire.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in medical collections, AR follow-up, denials & appeals, or related fields.
