Salary: Uncapped commissions, with top performers earning $4,000+/month, base salary $1,500–$2,500/month, total earnings $2,500–$4,500+ monthly, paid in USD, full-time independent contractor role.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from inbound discovery call through close and client onboarding handoff.
- Uncover pain, establish urgency, and match Magic's product to prospect needs.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline with discipline: prioritize, follow up, and update deal stages in real time.
- Collaborate with Support and Ops to ensure clients start strong and stay happy.
- Share deal insights with the team; apply feedback and adapt strategies.
- Treat personal growth as part of the job — seek coaching, apply it, and continuously improve your close rate.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales (SaaS, subscription, outsourcing, professional services, tech).
- Experience in B2C sales (insurance, real estate, financial products, retail finance, automotive, telecom).
- Outbound sales experience — cold calling, SDR/BDR to closing, field sales, door-to-door.
- Customer Success or Account Management with aggressive upselling and closing.
- Owned a pipeline and been personally accountable for results.

Additional Information
- Work schedule: 9-hour shifts following US business hours.
- Training: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time, mandatory.
- Must work in Eastern Time zone, including adjustments for Daylight Saving Time.
- Availability: Monday to Friday, during US business hours.
- Self-provided equipment: computer meeting specs, reliable internet, professional headset, quiet environment, backup power/internet.
