Workplace Engineering Track Specialist

The role is for a Workplace Engineering Track Specialist responsible for Active Directory management, troubleshooting, and identity lifecycle management within a remote, global environment. It offers opportunities to work on high-impact automation and cloud solutions for a major digital transformation client.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory Domain Administration, including in-flight Domain Controller migrations.
• Execute Tier 3 troubleshooting and advanced configuration of Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Oversee Active Directory Identity and Group Management, ensuring security and compliance.
• Manage the Identity Lifecycle using tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow and Microsoft Identity Management (MIM).
• Provide on-call support for high-severity infrastructure issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Domain Controller migrations.
• Expert-level knowledge of GPO management and Tier 3 technical support.
• Deep understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management processes.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or Microsoft Identity Management (MIM).
• Availability to work Eastern Time (EST) hours (7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, or 9am-6pm).
• Commitment to on-call availability for high-priority incidents.
