Responsibilities

Analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot mobile data connectivity processes, including APN settings and IP allocation.
Manage GGSN/PGW interactions to ensure seamless network operations and user experience.
Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and use data analysis to identify trends in connectivity issues.
Perform packet analysis using tools like Wireshark to diagnose latency, packet loss, or connection failures.
Document and optimize workflows for APN provisioning and troubleshooting.
Present technical data and insights to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers and customer support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in mobile network operations, RAN, or core network support.
In-depth understanding of 4G and 5G network architectures, focusing on session management.
Expertise in APN configuration and troubleshooting across Android and iOS platforms.
Proficiency in network protocol analyzers (Wireshark).
Deep understanding of GGSN/PGW functionality within the mobile core.
Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
