Kognitiv Inc. is seeking Workday Benefits specialists to support their Post-Production/AMS team, focusing on long-term system optimization, troubleshooting, and project leadership in Workday Benefits.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Optimize & Redesign: Audit existing configurations and execute redesigns to improve user experience and system accuracy.
- Phase X Projects: Lead the roll-out of new Workday Benefits functionality for existing Workday clients.
- Complex Troubleshooting: Solve complex issues related to calculations and accrual rules.
- Release Management: Guide clients through semi-annual Workday updates, ensuring effective use of new features.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Workday Benefits configuration within a live, post-production environment.
- Enjoy supporting multiple clients and pivoting between different business requirements and industries.
- Proven ability to design scalable solutions for complex tenants.
- Strong communication skills to consult with clients on redesigns and their impact.
