Junior Project Manager for Ecommerce Projects

Responsibilities

• Converting high-level user stories into smaller tasks.
• Scheduling and facilitating team processes such as daily standups, sprint planning, and demos.
• Maintaining a friendly team environment and engaging in team events.
• Notifying senior staff of blockers or issues.
• Keeping project roadmap and timeline updated.
• Providing feedback on team performance.
• Assessing project scope versus resources and requesting additional resources.
• Maintaining active communication with customers and third-party teams.
• Collaborating with internal competency centers.
• Upgrading competencies through certification processes.
• Deepening knowledge of relevant libraries, frameworks, and platforms.
• Integrating AI tools and Co-pilots to improve project management.

Requirements

• Ability to complete a technical test and a practical trial day.
• Enthusiasm and openness to learn and embrace new knowledge.
• No specific previous experience or education required, focus on results and attitude.
