Werkstudent IT- und Vertragsrecht (M/W/D)

Legal internship supporting contract review, legal advice, and correspondence at an innovative IT consulting company in Germany.

Location: Germany

Responsibilities

• Supporting the review, drafting, and negotiation of various contracts (e.g., IT service agreements, NDAs)
• Involvement in various legal topics within the company (e.g., legal advice, asserting claims in dunning procedures, correspondence with law firms)

Requirements

• Studying law or similar at a German university
• Quick learner, eager to work directly with colleagues and clients
• Some knowledge of IT, contract, and possibly labor law
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Excellent German and English skills, proficient in MS Office
• Available to work up to 20 hours/week during semester and up to 40 hours/week during semester break
