Responsibilities
- Answer All Incoming Calls: Serve as the primary point of contact by professionally answering all incoming phone calls, efficiently routing inquiries to the appropriate departments within the firm.
- Efficient Communication: Ensure seamless communication by transferring calls to designated departments based on the nature of the inquiry.
- Respond to Text Messages: Respond to incoming text messages in a timely and professional manner, addressing inquiries or directing clients to the appropriate resources.
- Client Support: Provide client support for cases, addressing inquiries via phone calls, text messages, or in-person interactions regarding post-filing updates and concerns.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
- Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English
