Client Care Specialist (100% Remote)

The Client Care Specialist role involves providing customer service and technical support for a captioning service that helps seniors and individuals with hearing loss stay connected. The position emphasizes relationship-building, problem-solving, and account management in a remote work environment.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $18.00-$20.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and chat.
• Provide feature training related to products and services.
• Meet weekly/monthly performance metrics.
• Manage customer contacts within Salesforce CRM.
• Perform account maintenance such as updating customer records and usage questions.

Requirements

• Experience in verbally explaining complex information to customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum three years Customer Service experience.
• Basic telephony troubleshooting experience.
• Customer installation support experience.
• Minimum two years technical support experience in a call center or proven technical ability.
• Ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety of customers.
• Ability to identify customer needs over the phone.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Logical thinker following standard operating procedures.
• Problem-solving with limited information.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
