Client Services Receptionist

This role with Job Duck offers an opportunity to be the welcoming voice and first point of contact for clients while supporting the smooth daily flow of a growing organization. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, maintaining an organized schedule, and ensuring each interaction feels professional and attentive. You will handle phone communication, schedule appointments, gather initial client information, and assist with light marketing tasks as needed. As the team continues to expand, this role will gradually evolve to include additional responsibility in intake, sales, and marketing support, allowing you to grow professionally within the organization.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $1,015–$1,100 USD per month

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar
• Conduct basic intake tasks and gather initial client information
• Follow up with current and potential clients as needed
• Answer incoming calls and serve as the first point of contact for clients
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Manage communication volume, particularly on high traffic days
• Coordinate consultation calls
• Support future sales and social media tasks as responsibilities expand
• Assist with light marketing activities as delegated

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working as a receptionist
• Strong communication skills
