Responsibilities
- Build and own the editorial calendar across LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop recurring content series and formats to reinforce authority in A/B testing.
- Capture insights from the Founder through biweekly sessions and turn them into content.
- Write or ghostwrite LinkedIn posts and YouTube scripts in the Founder’s voice.
- Manage a creative team including videographers, graphic designers, and editors.
- Track content performance and iterate based on engagement data.
Requirements
- Exceptional writer with ability to craft engaging hooks and clear narratives.
- Strategic thinker with focus on reusable content formats.
- Comfortable working with data and proprietary insights.
- High agency, ownership, and problem-solving mindset.
