Responsibilities

• Define and lead an enterprise-wide marketing and communications strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Translate business priorities into clear, actionable roadmaps with outcomes and ROI.
• Position Availity as a category leader through differentiated positioning and thought leadership.
• Lead omnichannel engagement using high-quality content and modern formats to build trust and recognition.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including executive roles.
• Proven success in driving measurable growth in complex environments.
• Expertise in product marketing, digital, brand, and communications.
• Ability to build AI-enabled, high-performing marketing organizations.
• Experience leading transformation, scaling teams, and operational efficiency.
• Strong executive presence and influence with senior stakeholders and Boards.
• Knowledge of evolving marketing trends and competitive strategies in tech.
• Understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle and go-to-market success.
• Knowledge of market intelligence and competitive positioning.
• Healthcare industry exposure preferred.
