Vendor Partner Lead

LinkedIn is seeking a Vendor Sales Coach to partner with vendor-based Sales Development teams, onboard new agents, and expand relationships to promote LinkedIn's platform capabilities. The role involves coaching, training, performance monitoring, and building strong vendor relationships, primarily supporting US-based customers and markets.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and coach vendor-based SDs to the LinkedIn Talent product suite with best practices and systems knowledge.
  • Own SD operations relating to coaching, training, mentoring, KPI development and performance tracking.
  • Monitor weekly SD performance metrics through team performance diagnoses, creating Vendor performance plans, and sharing insights with SD Vendors & Vendor Leadership.
  • Create content for playbooks to enable broader vendor team success.
  • Build influential & trusted partner relationships with vendor sales management, providing support & guidance on best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve SD outcomes, find innovative ways to deliver results, unlock growth, and partner with central teams for vendor operations improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales/sales development experience

Additional Information

  • This role has US staffing customers working in US time zones and hence flexibility to accommodate US work timings is a requirement.
