UGC Content Creator

The Good Creator Collective is a curated network of UGC creators working with brands across various categories, producing performance-driven content for social media and retail. The role involves creating authentic short-form content on a freelance basis, focusing on building ongoing relationships.

Location: London, United Kingdom

Responsibilities

• Produce UGC-style video and photo content from brief, shooting and editing in your own space
• Interpret brand tone accurately and translate it into content that feels native to platform
• Deliver to spec on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form formats - including hooks, pacing, and CTAs that drive action
• Iterate based on feedback from our team and the brand
• Hit deadlines and communicate clearly throughout

Requirements

• Platform fluency: understanding how platforms work and what drives action
• Craft: ability to shoot, edit, and deliver authentic content with good lighting, audio, pacing
• Professionalism: take direction, interpret tone, meet deadlines, communicate clearly
• Curiosity: analyze performance, test, and apply insights across categories

Additional Information

• All engagements are outside IR35, on a per-project basis as a self-employed contractor, responsible for own taxes and contributions.
