Territory Business Manager - Southeast Iowa

The Territory Business Manager at Dexcom is responsible for promoting and supporting the use of Dexcom's continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) products among healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and pharmacies, primarily in the Altoona/Cedar Rapids/Iowa City & Quad City area. The role involves training, education, and sales growth to expand market share.

Location: Altoona/Cedar Rapids/Iowa City & Quad City area

Salary: $87,000.00 - $145,000.00

Responsibilities

• Influence and support healthcare professionals and medical providers to prescribe Dexcom products.
• Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products and integrate them into practice.
• Represent Dexcom at trade shows and diabetes exhibits to promote products.
• Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the territory.
• Partner with various internal teams to facilitate sales growth.
• Increase Dexcom’s market share and meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Implement company strategy and monitor progress using analytical tools.
• Meet territory sales goals.
• Complete administrative requirements in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Work requires teamwork and collaboration with sales teams.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Previous medical and pharma sales experience preferred.
• Diabetes disease state knowledge is a plus.

Additional Information

• Travel required: 50 to 75%.
• Remote workplace: Home office, with possible hybrid if within commuting distance.
