Amplity is seeking a Remote-Virtual Sales Pharmaceutical Pediatric Sales Representative to drive sales growth and promote pharmaceutical products through virtual engagement strategies within an assigned territory. The role involves leveraging digital platforms, building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets in a highly competitive market.

Salary: $78K - $80K
Responsibilities
- Effectively promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through virtual channels to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, including pediatric specialists, to build trust and loyalty
- Conduct impactful, value-based sales presentations tailored to healthcare providers using remote engagement tools
- Develop and execute territory business plans by analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities, and leveraging virtual engagement strategies
- Monitor and understand competitor activities, market dynamics, and industry trends to adapt strategies and secure business wins
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to ensure alignment in customer engagement efforts
- Demonstrate patient-centricity by communicating product benefits and features to support health outcomes
- Prioritize daily tasks, appointments, and administrative responsibilities to maximize productivity through remote channels
- Exhibit resilience, adaptability, and determination in navigating challenges in the sales process
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, legal, and company standards, maintaining ethical practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Pharmaceutical sales experience required, 2+ years or more desired
- Proven record of success in sales performance, pediatric sales experience a plus but not required
- Skilled in leveraging strategies to outperform competitors in competitive markets
- Effective communicator with a collaborative, engaging, and persuasive approach
- Ability to foster long-term relationships with healthcare professionals through virtual engagement
- Motivated self-starter with high integrity and resilience
- Experience prioritizing tasks and schedules in a remote/virtual environment
- Commitment to compliance and ethical standards
- Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office, CRMs, digital meeting platforms
- Willingness to work in all US time zones as needed
- Must pass all Amplity and client training.

Additional Information
- This is a US-based role, covering all time zones, with a preference for candidates in Eastern and Central time zones. Other time zones will be considered.
