Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing Wellness Buddies to introduce Eaze and its opportunities.
- Identify, screen, and onboard suitable Wellness Buddies who align with platform guidelines and quality standards.
- Follow up on leads generated through sourcing channels, referrals, campaigns, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Wellness Buddies throughout their journey on the platform.
- Educate Wellness Buddies about platform features, policies, onboarding requirements, and engagement best practices.
- Train and guide newly onboarded Wellness Buddies to ensure successful activation and platform readiness.
- Provide timely assistance and resolve onboarding or operational queries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, onboarding status, and daily activities in internal systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding, activation, and engagement targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, retention, and community growth.
- Monitor Wellness Buddy engagement and proactively support retention initiatives.
- Stay updated on platform updates, operational processes, and community guidelines.
- Gather feedback from Wellness Buddies and share insights with relevant stakeholders to improve onboarding and engagement processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Business Development, Recruitment, Community Operations, or Onboarding roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalan and English (must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable handling objections, follow-ups, and candidate engagement conversations.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and computer operations.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Strong empathy, active listening skills, and a people-centric approach.
- Prior experience in creator onboarding, community management, recruitment, counselling support platforms, or service partner acquisition will be an added advantage.
